Where are you located?

We are located in Graham, North Carolina, conveniently accessible from Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte. While many of our families are local, we also proudly serve families across the United States.

Families who are not local are welcome to travel here to pick up their puppy in person, or we can meet at RDU Airport for pickup when needed.

To make things simple and safe, we also offer reliable travel options for puppies going to their new homes, including professional flight nanny services and, in some cases, ground delivery for a fair additional fee.

How do I reserve a puppy?

Start by completing an application so we can learn about your family, lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a puppy.

Once we receive your application, we review it and schedule a phone call with you. This gives us a chance to get to know you better, answer questions, and ensure a good fit.

Once approved, we collect a reservation fee to secure your place on an upcoming litter, or on a current litter if puppies are available.

From there, we use what we’ve learned about your preferences to help guide you toward the litter that is the best match for your family.
